Hi! I’m Isabella Ayres — a 22-year-old studio artist from Shreveport, Louisiana, currently in my senior year at Louisiana State University. I’m pursuing a BFA in Studio Art with a concentration in Painting and Drawing, along with a minor in Interior Design.

Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m primarily an acrylic and oil painter, but I also love working with mixed media to add layers of texture and meaning to my work. I enjoy experimenting with process and materials, and I’ve found joy in refinishing and reimagining furniture as another creative outlet.

My artistic journey was deeply shaped by a study abroad experience in Florence, Italy, where I found new inspiration and perspective that continues to influence my work today. I’ve created over 200 pieces that reflect both my growth and passion as an artist.

While I’m still exploring and evolving my style, I’m proud of the work I’ve made and excited for what’s ahead. Becoming a full-time artist is more than a dream—it's a path I'm fully committed to.
